Sales, Support and Service Team
Richard & Frank started Pinpak back in 1987. Frank has since retired and Richard now oversees the entire operation. He has in depth knowledge and expertise in bag converting, film extrusion, flexographic printing and heat sealing machines.
Luke joined our team in 2006 and is our pre-press and printing specialist. With over 30 years in the print industry, Luke is your “go to” for any custom printing and manufacturing enquires you have.
Emily started out at Pinpak as a junior receptionist 15 years ago is now our office and accounts manager. Emily is a valuable sales team member with extensive product knowledge and co-author of many of our operational and management systems.
Jay has been production manager at Pinpak for over 14 years. With extensive mechanical and electronics knowhow, he oversees all areas of production and ensures products are manufactured on time & to the correct specifications.
Wendy joined our team in 2015 and is our HACCP/Food Safety coordinator.
Having studied food science and technology; she has developed, implemented and oversees our food safe programs.
